Adam Bolton, founder of ABTalent, has been at the forefront of tech hiring since 2005. His career began in contingency-based recruitment, helping companies scale their Engineering and QA teams. But as the talent landscape evolved, so did his approach.
Since 2015, Adam has moved beyond traditional recruitment, embedding himself directly within high-growth startups and scaleups to transform hiring from the inside out.
